8th Grade Class Trip Meeting and Update #3
Dear 8th Grade Families:
Trip Update #3 -
1. 8th Grade Class Trip Meeting, Tuesday, May 31, following Morning Meeting, in
the MS Cafeteria at about 8:20 a..m.
I, along with other chaperones and teachers, will be meeting with the 8th Grade
students on this coming Tuesday, May 31 at about 8:20 a.m. to discuss the class
trip, answer questions and discuss participant expectations. I invite all
parents available to join us in the meeting. I would like the students to see
and appreciate that the parents are united in our desire that they have a safe,
9th Grade Trip
There is a box in the office for Washington Latin PA. This is where all payments should be submitted. If you intend on sending your child please send me their name and homeroom number. I will sending a permission slip is forthcoming. We will have a final update next week. Thank you and have a great day.

The Extended Field Trip Permission Form, The Chaperone Packet and a Word Document with the students' names who need to turn in the field trip permission form.
9th Grade Class Trip Update
Class trip is moving forward.
Destination -Kings Dominion,all you can eat picnic lunch,coach transportation all included in cost.
Time-8am-8pm
Cost-$50
Due date May 25,2011(checks made payable-Washinton Latin PA-Memo section include grade and students name)
Trip is first come,first served.
The meeting scheduled for parents and students 6:30pm May 19,2011 has been cancelled.
P.S. If your child has a desire to attend,but a financial hardship is the obstacle contact me asap.

Who Should Attend? – All 8th Grade Parents/Guardians
Who Should Definitely Attend? – All 8th Grade Parents/Guardians of Students Attending the Williamsburg Trip
